I walked from times square at night back to the hotel and had no issues. there were many stores and places to eat near by. The staff was super helpful and professional I'm very happy with the stay. "The Sheraton is going through a renovation. I just hope that includes the rooms, because they are disgusting. For the price per night, I expect at least a clean room, not a closet with a bunch of brown-looking goo, a bathroom that has see it shares of bad days, and the dust around the beds. The location is perfect, and if these rooms were superbly clean with a working TV and remote, I would pay more."

"Staff was very friendly and tentative. Lobby space is small, but but it appears they are going under some renovations. We booked an upgraded room from the standard due to the fact that the standard rooms are more dated. Our room was clean and very comfortable and we have no complaints. We have stayed here in the past and we will book it again in the future. Quality stay for the price that you’re paying. "
