"We stayed 9 nights at BOB W Oosterpark in May 2025 and had a lovely experience. The hotel is very modern inside, the beds are comfortable, there is a shared kitchen with all necessities for longer stay. The water pressure in the showers is excellent. Hotel is very clean and spacious, and location is close to trams, great restaurants and shopping. The area is very walkable and local bakeries have incredible selection of sweets and great coffee. "I stayed at the Eden Hotel in June 2024. The staff was friendly, helpful, and not obtrusive. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The lobby was calm, stylish, and welcoming. This hotel is good for thoughtful tourists. Thankfully, it did not seem to cater to large gangs of drunk young people. The location was perfect for accessing the major tourist destinations, including Dam square, Rembrandtplein square, Amsterdam Centraal train station, Jordaan, museum district, De Pijp. We mostly walked to these places, but occasionally used the tram stop at Rembrandtplein square, which is conveniently close to the hotel. The tram is a good option for travel between the Eden and Amsterdam Centraal. I stayed in a double room on the third floor with a fantastic view of the Singel. The room had complementary espresso coffee (very nice) and still water (glass bottle). The bed was comfortable. By American hotel standards, the room was not large, but it was fine for staying in Amsterdam, because we spent most of our time exploring the city. Before our stay, I was a little concerned about the noise level at night, but it was fine and I slept well. My only suggestion - not a complaint - is that it would have been nice to swing open the window. The window had a horizontal hinge at the top that allows one to crack open the bottom by only a few inches. Nevertheless, that opening provided a nice breeze and pleasant sounds of canal life below. I did not have breakfast. "

"Staff could have been more helpful and attentive. I was attending a trade show and it was exceptionally busy due it to being so close to RAI but all staff were unphased and delivered such consistent high standard service. We didn’t have breakfast / dinner in the hotel but did go to the rooftop cocktail bar. "

"Quite a ‘funky’ place but in a good way with very helpful and friendly staff, great on location facilities. The room was small but had everything I needed and a great view over the urban cityscape. The Metro is on the door step and quick and cheap into central Amsterdam. The area felt safe and quiet - there is quite a large road in front of the hotel but I never heard any noise from it. Would certainly book again if I go back to Amsterdam, great value and location."

"I really liked it. It's a modern hotel with spacious common areas and spacious, minimalist-style accommodations. Amsterdam Amstel station is very close, providing easy access via public transportation to tourist attractions in Amsterdam and beyond. There's a Jumbo supermarket across the street from the station. There are also restaurants nearby."
