"This was our 4th stay in the Reagan house and, as usual, it was wonderful!! There were 7 of us this trip and there was plenty of room for us all. After being out all day, we piled up on the couch in front of the fireplace and played games. A great house for families. David is a wonderful host, always quick to respond and to do whatever was needed to make our stay comfortable. Thank you, David!!"

"We rented this cabin to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was easy to find, super clean, and well-equipped, with no pet hair despite it being pet-friendly.We enjoyed the hot tub, which had incredible jets. We used the fire pit two nights and loved the peaceful atmosphere created by the rushing creek.The hot water for showering was ample and hot like we like it. The Wi-Fi was strong; without it we had zero reception.The upstairs bed was comfortable to us - we are picky! If you have mobility issues, this cabin likely isn't for you. We definitely plan to visit Franklin again and want to return to this cabin. The communication with the hosts was good and so was their availability. And finally, the cabin's location is so private! There is another cabin close by, but due to the sloping of the hill you do not even know another cabin is there until you get in your car to leave.:)"
