"Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect."

Covered, carport parking off the rear was very nice on rainy mornings. Washer & Dryer on lower level. The house is on Colorado Ave. so there is some traffic noise, but honestly it never really bothered us too much."

"Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. "Our family had a wonderful stay in Centennial, Colorado. This house is beautiful and is decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was equally nice and is very quiet, and our daughter-in-law was so happy Starbucks was just a 3-minute walk. We cannot say enough about this house!
