"Very clean and neat. I liked having a BBQ grill. Parking was easy. Grocery store is close by. The only thing we would change is the kids couldn't play in the fenced in yard bevause it's just weeds, no paio or grass. Night lights would be nice in the bedrooms. But otherwise, nice space with everything we needed."

"Great set up, kitchen & living room w fireplace; master bedroom downstairs w a fireplace and nice bathroom and wrap around porch from bedroom and main space; nice bedroom w 2 bed upstairs, bath w tub and washer drier. Open the patio screen door and you can hear the creek nearby, which is fun to explore. Restaurant on premises w lobby that has vino, snacks and any items you may need. Great place to stay in Oak Creek Canyon."

"The unit was nestled in a small group with 4 other units. It was updated and clean with all the amenities to make our stay truly enjoyable in the magical place that is Sedona. The beds were comfy and the pillows and linens were snuggly. Pre-arrival communication was amazing and proactive, check-in and access was perfect, and the check-out process was made super easy. The company “I Love Vacations” was communicative and professional. We had a remarkable stay!"

"This was an absolutely fantastic spot. We had great communication from the owner, excellent location (you have no neighbors to worry about, just trains) and a spectacular unit. You will hear trains, that is an unavoidable truth. I would take the train noise any day if it meant staying here again. As far as I’m concerned this is the standard I’ll be weighing my future accommodations against, end of story."
