"The hotel is OK but the people at the front desk are unhelpful. We called them three times for the shuttle and were told we would be called back for an estimated time, but they never called back. Had to call them again was told that the shuttle was on the way but didn’t know where the shuttle would pick us up. Turns out we had to ask one of the workers where the transportation area was, and we were in a completely wrong area to be picked up. It was extremely frustrating as we had a baby with us."

"The property was clean, and my room was spotless, which I really appreciated. I was also happy that they provided both shampoo and conditioner. The only minor issue was that the water pressure could have been a little stronger. I only stayed one night, so I can't comment on the hotel in greater detail, but the room met my expectations and was comfortable. I did feel the price was a bit high, although I understand it was a weekend booking. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It's very close to the casino, and there are several restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, making it a convenient choice."

"Pool and courtyard were amazing! Love the tropical/resort feeling. The water fountain in the front lobby was aesthetically pleasing. The entire bathroom and bedroom were very outdated. The drain in the bathroom was not functioning neither was one of the reading lamps at the bedside. Staff were very friendly throughout the stay."
