"Staff were super friendly. The hotel is located on a side street in the old downtown Quebec City and made it super convenient to start exploring old Quebec City each morning. The room was quaint with brick walls on the inside. I loved that the shower water was very hot. The shampoo/conditioner/shower gels dispensers were very convenient (although the scents were all the same). The expresso coffee in the room was amazingly good. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. And most importantly, we could turn the A/C down pretty low to get a good night's sleep. Amazing place. I wouldn't hesitate to return to stay there if I was heading pack to old Quebec City."
"Comfortable, spacious and clean room for our family of 2 adult and 2 teens. Easy to walk all around town to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. The free coffee station with delicious espressos and lattes was a big positive.
My only suggestion is more hooks and/or places to hang wet towels in the bathroom."
