"The room was good as was the bathroom. But the heated pool wasn't functioning and it took the better part of an hour to get the sauna working. Breakfast was good. A bit more service and tea/coffee facilities in the room would lift the experience. "

While I was gone, the cleaning staff entered the room to clean. Nothing was missing, but...
