"The property was flooded by the river in December. They are remaking all the gardens. The front desk people are terrible. They dont have information and are the opposite of a client service. The food is wonderful. It is an eco-hotel without running water in the toilets but that is part of the philosophy. Tryed to pay with the credit card online so I did not have to pay a surcharge, but the front desk had not updated the system so it could not be done and had to pay a surcharge."

"Clean hostel, short walk from the beach. Friendly staff, nice restaurant. Lights continuously flickered which was annoying but the WiFi worked most of the time (cuts in and out sporadically). No hot water. A few small shops nearby for drinks and snacks."

"We loved this place. Unbelievably wonderful energy. Rooms were beautifully decorated. The grounds were perfectly cared for. Really kind hospitality from every staff member. Food was absolutely incredible. Allowed us to store our luggage while hiking Tayrona and come back and shower in their wondrous outdoor shower. Highly recommend."

"Definitely a secluded area to enjoy nature a perfect getaway for you and significant other, room was clean staff is friendly as well the tour guide guys hotel offers different activities I will recommend to book all your activities thru them overall a great experience will definitely come back again. Another recommendation book at least 3 nights so you really enjoy the area."

"Nice hotel BUT we didn’t have hot shower during our stay. They offer 20% on the food because we fight a little bit at the checkout. We’ve payed full price the rooms. Otherwise the hotel is a little bit far from Santa Marta, we had to pay more for the transfers. Nice swimming pool (private & shared) and the bungalows are big and a the middle of the nature."
