"We had an amazing experience! A special shoutout to Jose, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to visit, and after only a couple of interactions, he already remembered our names and room number. That level of attentiveness really shows how much he cares about his guests.
Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside for us was the food. We would have loved to see more authentic Costa Rican dishes on the menu. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and we truly had a great experience."
