"The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided a tour free of charge that was fun. They picked us up and we took a tour of some of the island. We were able to get off the small boat and get in the water. Water was nice and warm. My only complaint is there is no food substitutions for the all inclusive buffett. You cannot order anything outside of the food options that are already put out. That includes snacks. What you see is what you get. They had night shows every night presented by their "Animation Team". I liked the music and dancing. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!"

"The property was beautiful and pretty empty. They stated free transportation to the hotel but be never showed up and the we made another reservation for my brother coming home the next day and they never showed again even after calling them in the morning and reminding them and them reassuring me they would be there but didn’t show show again. Then we asked for transportation to the airport when leaving and they said they only had 9am and 12 but 9 was too early and 12 too late. We waited for a taxi at 11 and they were taking a group I asked what’s up with that and they said oh well we are going to pick someone up so we are taking them. They didnt come clean the room the last day and seamed like they didn’t care . Also they say beach front BUT ITS NOT!!!! It’s a 4 min drive and then a 5-10 min boat ride and they only take you at 10 and 2 and come back at 5 prices were great "

"The shuttle service was great the hotel rooms are nice but I will say this I stayed in the upper section of the resort room 16 and it’s a hike up the stairs to the room but view was fantastic the real part that bothered me is the toliet it wouldn’t take paper so how do ya wipe ya butt :) other then that resort is great very low key relaxed and staff are allways nice and attentive "

"The layout of the house is very good. The road to the house we found was actually called Cocoa we never found a sign that told us lt was first bight. The pool was great with great views."

"The peace and quiet was fantastic. We were able to snorkel right off the dock at our beach."

"The host was amazing and very responsive. The house was fully equipped with kitchen wear, soap, etc. which made for an easy stay. I wish there were hooks to hang towels, etc. but we managed just fine. We were 4 adults however the house would comfortably accommodate 6. Bring bug spray! You won’t be able to escape the little buggers. You definitely need a car (and the road is quite bumpy) but the house and views are worth it. Roatan is amazing and we look forward to returning to this re gal and the beautiful island. "

"The owner fixed or replaced things that didn’t work in a timely manner. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property to ensure tranquility, which is good, except if you have a Honduran daughter of 36 years like I do, she will not be allowed to visit, which was disappointing. "
