"Extremely beautiful property with wonderful staff. The location is on the beach in front of some of the most amazing snorkelling areas, especially at night. The daily breakfast was delicious and fresh with many options. The pools were clean. The restaurant was also good with quite a large menu, though food service was a little slow in the busier evening times. Housekeeping and desk staff were kind and quite efficient. We were unable to watch tv as the streaming connections weren’t available- this did not matter to us in the long run as we found out we didn’t have time to watch it anyway. Our room was spacious, truly comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was showing some signs of age and could use a few repairs as the vertical blinds would fall out as you walked by or barely touched them. We didn’t open and close them daily as putting them back together was not to be part of our vacation itinerary. We needed to run the water in the shower a while before it was warm enough to get in. It would be nice if there were some kind of policy in place regarding saving chairs and tables around the pool. Many days we saw several things reserved by placing personal items or resort towels on them, yet the chairs and/or tables were not used all day - like they were reserved just in case they felt like they may want to sit by the pool at some point during the day or evening- meanwhile denying use of it to anyone else all day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel it was okay. Food was good. They don’t activities going on .it was more Like for older people. Nothing to do For little kids. I felt like they focus more Cruises more than the people staying there. Probably would give 3 start not the best. "

"EVERYTHING was very clean, including the rooms, pool decks, pool chairs, beach chairs, dining tables, etc. The staff did a great job keeping everything clean! All staff was kind, helpful, and fun! Drinks from the bar were also delicious and all completely included the price (no drink maximum/limit). "

"we had a wonderful room that was close to the beach, the pool was across from us and the restaurant was just a stroll away. we got lucky with our room being so close, would recommend the letters k or l for-sure, other rooms its a distance to walk to the beach, but wonderful just the same"

"Absolutely everything that was advertised at Mr Tucan met and far exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean, everything we needed that we expected was available to us, and the staff were always very helpful, friendly and professional. Thanks to Santiago & Dayna at Reception, and Wendy in Management throughout our stay. All the Bean Crazy Restaurant staff were amazing including Betsy, Jackson, Rhianna and many more. The included breakfast and everything else we ordered at the restaurant was delicious. The housekeeping staff were always friendly and accommodating for anything we needed and security was always professional and present on the property which made it feel very secure (however, we never felt like it was unsafe anywhere).
