"A former convent that has been carefully and tastefully designed providing modern rooms. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The only suggestion for improvement would be to monitor housekeeping performance (e.g. ensuring lights in working order, shampoo bottle in shower refilled when empty, amenities for 2 people if a double room is selected). Location should be better described (i.e. Albino in the outskirts of Bergamo a good 10+ km away from the city centre."

"This property is less like a hotel and more like a high-end, modern apartment that just happens to have a delicious fine dining restaurant on the premises. Everything is new. "This place is incredibly charming. The room is nice, clean, and just downstairs is a lovely cafe where I had breakfast (included with the room) and apperitivo every night. This place is also only 2 blocks from the duomo, super convenient to everything. And the hosts were helpful with all my questions even when I needed a taxi to the station at the last minute. I will definitely stay here when I come back."

"This hotel is very beautiful inside! The overstuffed sofas in the lobby area are so inviting and comfortable. The receptionist that welcomed us was a very distinguished gentleman who answered all our questions and was friendly. Our room was full of color and welcoming. The bathroom is very clean and spotless. In the morning I took pictures of our place throughout the inside. The shade in the bedroom didn’t work and thus made it difficult to open the window, but I was able to make it work. ( there is no A/C). The best part of our overnight stay was the free breakfast. Everything was delicious and perfect in every way (the hotels in the USA could learn something). Hot dishes were hot. Delicious coffee!! Everything was fresh and tasty. The variety of foods was astounding!! Bless the two ladies that kept the food coming and the eating area clean. "
