"We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff was absolutely phenomenal—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight; the included options were delicious and far better than we expected. The only drawback was the soundproofing. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway carried more than I would have liked. Still, the overall comfort and excellent service made it a very pleasant stay."

"The hotel was very comfortable and -- despite being full up for the Easter holiday -- operated with admirable efficiency. The shuttle service worked very well. Staff friendly and capable. (The front desk person -- named Tristan -- is particularly impressive, a real asset for your organization) My wife and I will stay again, i'm sure, when we visit ABQ again."

"Front desk was able to accomodate early check in for us. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. 3 different mirrors in the room was a plus. Minor things would have taken our visit over the top: we didn’t use the shower, but it could have used some updating (maybe tile and a glass door), the pillows would not stay fluffed, so we needed 2 to bring our heads to the right level (pretty common for hotels given how often they’re used) and fixing tank on toilet - it was pretty loud when it would refill (brought to staff’s attention at check out). Overall, a good experience for us."

"Staff was friendly and accomadating.... The room was clean and well appointed, king bed was very comfy, shower was invigorating and roomy. Breakfast had good selections...waffle maker, and the coffee was the BEST I've ever had in a hotel. Really Would definitely stay here again. No elevators ..2 story, but open wide staircase from lobby to the 2nd floor was no problem."

"The bathroom in my room had not been thoroughly cleaned, with hair present in tub, on counter, and on floor. No coffee maker in the room? Seriously? Who wants to get dressed to go downstate get a cup of coffee or tea? Breakfast was… meh. "
