"Once I understood the airport transfer all was good, but the reservations said to contact hotel 72 hours before arrival for shuttle.. It should say got to arrivals and out side but A8 and shuttle will pick up every 15 minutes "

We were very pleased with the service at Reception when we checked in. Our rooms were very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We chose to have breakfast included and the choice of food was excellent. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, with the Trevi Fountain a 1 minute walk away, and with shops and eating places very close by. We would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it. "
