Everything about this hotel was great. Room, Dinner, Breakfast and the staff. Definitely where we will stay if we return to the Dolomites.

Great stay

The reception man was very Nice and warm welcoming. Our room was in third floor with balcony. We could see the mountain in the distance. Fantastic view. Room was very neat and clean. We also loved this hotel for the outdoor jacuzzi and for the reading room. If this was winter we would have been happy to be just next to the lift. In all we have had a nice stay and were very happy for this hotel

Very friendly staff.

Everything was excellent, the bed could use a more comfortable mattress - not bad - but given the quality of everything else, I would think an upgrade to the quality and comfort to the mattress makes sense.

Dario gave us a guided tour of Dolomites. This is included in the price of hotel. What a wonderful surprise. Bikes are free too! It was a bit warmer than usual so we requested a fan. No AC but everyone opens windows. Ask for a room that is not on the main road. Great restaurant on premises and the breakfast that is included is outstanding ,

The receptionists were very good, very insightful on what to do. The Biles were great and so was the food. Very thankful for the staff. I will be back!

The staff is very friendly, and responsive New bartender (Hugo I believe) is one of the best bartenders I’ve witnessed, pours passion into every cocktail. The location is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Breakfast is delicious and they offer fair pricing for their dinners. Spa is very serene, and heated pool with access to fresh mountain air is a joy to experience.

Where to begin ? The hotel was a perfect stay for my first time visiting Italy, specifically the dolomites. The location was in a beautiful town pretty central to the much tourist driven locations. I had arrived after midnight due to my flight and the hotel was generous enough to wait up. The hospitality the hotel provided from day one was more of a bed and breakfast than a traditional hotel. One of the highlights were the staff and the breakfast in the mornings. The staff were all extremely...

The room and surrounding facilities were very good. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, convenient to lift, beautiful area. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was wonderful.

Great location and very comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast and swimming pool.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful, from the front receptionist, waiters, waitress, and chef. Breakfast has so many selections and the chef offered to make eggs anyway we’d like since we are lactose-intolerance and gluten sensitive. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfortable without A/C where other Dolomites hotels are so hot. We wish we had stayed longer here!

We had a great experience here. The hotel staff took good care of us from the moment we checked in. Upon checking in we were informed that an upgraded room with a private balcony was available and we could have it at no additional cost. The front desk staff helped us with anything we needed during our stay from that point forward. We have a two year old and the children's programs here are great; please note that children under four still need an adult present. The activities team went out of...
