The Rooms where out-dated but everything still works thats why it is still a good room but they do need to update the rooms etc new Tv instead of 1 like from the 80,90's.

Sehr freundlich, jedoch hätte ich ein Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse, somit etwas laut. Im Treppenhaus standen dauernd Alte und neue Badezimmertücher herum. Sollte wieder einmal investiert werden bzw. hat sanierungbedarf.

Good location

Great location with in a few minute walk to Patong beach,many restaurants and bars in the area. Friendly and good english speaking receptionists to assist you in any questions you have.

Excellent stay

Being a regular traveller to patong and I have stayed at many different hotels I found At Phuket inn amongst the best. Rated only as a guest house but with comfort and space of a standard hotel I'd recommend At phuket inn as a perfect place to stay. Friendly helpful staff, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. My bedding was changed 3 times a week. They have a lovely restaurant downstairs which I ate at and the food was delicious. Downstairs also they have an excursion booking desk with many fabulous places to visit. Their location is perfect and only 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk to Bangla road and the main big shopping mall. Tuk Tuks and taxi are very cheap and will take you anywhere. I don't usually write reviews but I feel for what you pay to stay here and the comfort and cleanliness you get it will be top of my list to stay here every time.

Worth every penny

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. It is close to everything. The food was really tasty and fresh. I will definitely stay again.

Ägaren av hotellet var vänlig och hjälpsam. Kommer definitivt åka hit och bo här igen, på detta stället får du service av glad och trevlig personal och du kommer alltid mötas av ett leende.

Ok hotell för pengarna

Enkelt hotell med bra läge. Fasad och entré ger inget gott intryck ganska skabbigt. Rummet vi fick var dock fräscht och hade alla bekvämligheter. Tyvärr var rummet bara c:a 15 kvm och inte 24 som det stog på hotell beskrivningen. Det drog ner helhetsintrycket för vår del, då vi väljer boende med stora rum för att det ska vara rymligt och inte kännas instängt. Städningen kunde varit bättre. Stora hårbollar bakom badrumsdörren. Personalen kunde knappt engelska. En av dem vände på klacken och gick iväg när han inte förstog vad vi frågade efter. Oförskämt.... Han borde kanske bett någon annan ur personalen om hjälp. Ägarinnan kunde bra engelska men fanns inte alltid på plats. På grund av personalens dåliga engelska tog även incheckningen onödigt lång tid.

Very convenient location and very good service!

I would definitely recommend this nice hotel to everyone who is looking for good customer service which is the most important thing when choosing a budget hotel. Nothing is more important than this. I really enjoyed my stay here although it was only 3 nights. Right at the entrance you get a long array of nice seafood restaurants and convenient stores such as 7-11 & Family Mart are just within 10 steps away! Massage palours are just 1 minitue from this place. Bangla Road is 10-12 minutes away on foot. You can also book a lot of local tours at the reception desk and I would recommend you talk to Ann the MD of the hotel because she will give you the best advise base on your interest and safety. On the last night of my stay Ann helped me to ask the hotel restaurant get me a very nice local Thai dinner which I really enjoyed so much! Thank you so much At Phuket Inn I would definitely come again.

Easy access to everything

My wife and i left early, so the motel got 7 free days paid for. The Wi-Fi in our room was terrible otherwise the staff and hotel was excellent.

Very Comfortable stay

I enjoyed my stay " At Phuket Inn" This Hotel had big rooms and comfortable beds. Excellent and friendly staff, that I really admired and respected! The restaurant was wonderful with so many options and dishes to choose from. The Free Wi Fi was super crazy fast and strong! The Management also scheduled all types of tours from Thai boxing matches to Elephant trekking tours and everything in between! I felt very welcoming and stay here. The Hotel staff always said hello and good evening as I come and went during my time here. So, I want all travelers to give this Hotel a try because I'm going to stay here again.

We had a 1 night stay as we wanted to have a night out in Patong and do some shopping whilst there. The room was lovely and clean, great shower, lovely helpfull staff. It was cheaper to stay over rather than taxi.

Friendly personal service

Stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks, I based my decision to stay on cost and reviews. Just a small family owned and run Hotel/Restaurant I could not really have asked for more. Great location, short walk to beach, excellent food and say 15 min walk to nightlife. If all you're after is a clean comfortable place to stay close to transport and all amenities this Hotel is just right. Well maintained but old bldg without a pool or lift (Which isnt needed for its two levels) it may not have all the glitz but excellent staff and service is what makes @ Phuket Inn such a gem. I will stay again.
