Reception was never present even though they advertise 24/7 reception. Host seemed to blame the fact that she can't find staff, but then she is letting the customer suffer while still taking customer's money. Was waiting for ages for check in and check out. No WiFi for days. Taps not running at first. If you want a relaxing holiday, avoid this place

I really liked this hotel.

I really liked this hotel. The owners were super friendly! I regret that I couldn't say "thank you" to them, when I leave! (That is why I am writing my thank you note in here instead!) I'd love to stay here again, if I visit Phuket again!

還好，有得選擇吾會再揀

一行七人入住了三房單位，，六天五夜，因為只有3張雙人床，所以買的時候酒店已收取了額外附加費，岀發前已經詢問酒店額外附加費用是不是已包括加床費用，酒店確定已包 1 一 我地到達當天，酒店職員已立刻表示加床再要收取額外每日500b，幸好有保存對話紀錄，但職員是非常不情願的表情 2 一 所有額外費用是付了六天五夜，我們有兩位朋友有事突然提早一日離開，酒店在沒有告知情況下立即收走了加床 3 一 無論是客廳還是3間房間都有蚊子，每晚睡覺每一個朋友都要噴完防蚊才能入睡，酒店完全沒有防蚊措施 4 一 大部分tuktuk司機都不知道酒店地點，坐司回去有點困難 5 一 房間設備比較舊，朋友直情感覺像未完成裝修就售賣房間 6 一 吹風機要到大堂詢問才能提供 7 一 兩個浴缸都非常骯髒，像很久也沒有清洗過 7 一 酒店10分鐘路程有個海鮮夜市，平靚正 8 一 酒店5分鐘路程有按腳鋪頭，但質素麻麻勝在方便 有得揀一定吾會再入住，後悔今次自己太遲買，好多酒店都full了

老闆。老闆娘都很親切。飯店舒適。 價格划算。離市區很近。還可以跟老闆租摩托車。雖不是豪華。但乾淨舒適。適合一群朋友一起入住。
