Good location

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay! Despite being located off a very busy road, the hotel provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere within the resort. Its location was excellent, with just a short walking distance to the central area and the beach. The overall experience offered great value for money. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing stay without breaking the bank!

Amazing for the price

I think this is a great place to stay for the price, especially if you just need somewhere to sleep. I had day trips planned every day and just wanted somewhere quiet and safe to stay at a good price, and that’s what I got with Patong Palace. The staff is incredibly attentive and nice, always smiling and willing to help. This is not a place I would stay if I wanted to just hang out at the hotel for a good portion of my trip - I don’t think there’s enough amenities for that. But I did see some folks just hanging out at the pool/restaurant and they seemed happy. This has a central location so there’s good coffee and good food nearby as well.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Grounds are spacious and very well maintained, so too is the pool and surrounding areas. with quite a number of sunbeds and umbrellas. It is surrounded by other properties, but you never feel overlooked because of the lovely trees and planting. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage and facilities, plus an outside seating area. (The bed I found to be a little firm, so too the pillow, but this didn't stop me sleeping for 11 hours a night) Breakfast is mostly buffet style with plenty of choices, plus eggs to order any way you like. It's just off a very busy road, but the entrance to the rooms is through the grounds so making it a very quiet property. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of eating places very close by. I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel, and would certainly like to visit again in the future.

I guess it’s an ok hotel, warm people (all Thai people are nice) but, and it’s a big bit: no WiFi. Don’t expect any WiFi more than 5 min straight. It was raining and we spent most of the time in the room with no WiFi. Don’t expect connectivity to WiFi unless you want to be greatly be disappointed. I will not come back to this hotel only for that reason

Below average hotel

Came to Phuket with two of my girlfriends and stayed here. At first, we thought the hotel looked fine. It was, overall, fine. However, we quickly realized that the pictures were very deceiving. Our beds/pillows were extremely uncomfortable and we did not have the best experience with the hotel staff. They gave us wrong information and were not helpful. The only thing that made it worth it was the location - about a 6 minute walk to the beach. I would not recommend this, there are lots of other choices that looked better!
