Awesome quiet hotel.

Awesome modern hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. If you are after a quiet modern hotel this is a good choice. About 15 minute walk to Patong beach and a little shorter to Bangla road. Rooftop pool has a sweet view with plenty of choices of pool cocktails.

Beautiful new hotel with an amazing staff. The receptionist at check in was so sweet and helpful. Breakfast is a great set menu. It's a little far from the beach but the area around it is very interesting. The rooftop pool is awesome. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at RAK Elegant Hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was a decent size for us. The location was good - 15mins stroll to the beach. Cannot comment on breakfast as we didn't have it. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

What's not to like. Great staff, brilliant rooms with king size bed. Restaurant has very nice food. Rooftop pool and bar are brilliant. Happy hour cocktails even better. Away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla rd. Nice restaurant's and bar's around the hotel. Can recommend Simon and oils Bar if you like sport. Everything about Rak Elegant is brilliant.

The property was beautiful as far as the design. In practicality, the hotel was not the most functional. The toilet does not flush; there is no hot water; the towels are. It clean; the glasses in my room were not properly cleaned; and you are asked to pay cash for everything. This includes the deposit when you arrive.

2 things are unacceptable. 1 is shower water too hot like boiling your skin when you taking bath no matter how you adjust it; Another 1 is bed bugs bed mites so serious, body was badly bitten by bed mites, so the bed cleanness and environment is not under standard at all, not sure how they clean it. The rest everything is good.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Man wird immer lieb begrüßt und kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Auch das Reinigungspersonal muss ich loben, das waren die goldigsten menschen überhaupt. Ich wäre am liebsten für immer geblieben und komme auch gerne wieder. Das Rak Elegant kann ich wärmsten Herzens empfehlen. Danke für die tolle Zeit ! ❤️

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Das Hotel ist relativ neu. Wenn man mit Kreditkarte bezahlen möchte, muss man 3% Kommission bezahlen. Bei der Buchung gibt es darauf keine Hinweise. Auf Hotel.com steht, dass es einen Shuttle Service zum Strand gibt. Dieser Shuttle existiert nicht. Es gibt auch kein Gratis-Trinkwasser in Flaschen, um die Zähne zu putzen. Dieses muss bezahlt werden. Das habe ich in Asien noch nie gesehen. Die Zimmer sind leider schlecht schallisoliert.

정말 편안하고 좋았어요

한달동안 태국 일주여행 중입니다 푸켓에서도 여러군데 묵었는데 단연 락엘리건트가 최고네요 ㅎ 가격은 가장 저렴했는데 일단 깨끗하고 뷰가 트여있어 답답하지 않구요 시설이 최신이라 낡지 않았고 위치도 워킹스트리트까지 걸을만 했어요 서비스 빠르고 친절합니다 아~~ 옥상 수영장도 조용하고 정말좋네요 다음 방문때 다시 묵을의사 100프로입니다

Brand new hotel with excellent facilities, wonderful rooftop area with swimming pool, bar, gym and dance studio. Rak Spa was exceptional, clean and spotless environment with great massages at low end prices. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable to stay. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and warm. Quiet location with conveniences nearby and value for money.

Outstanding hotel in every way. Everything is so. Brands new, high tech and kept spotlessly clean. Staff can't do enough for guests. Food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced (even room service)

brilliant hotel booked on my own until my fiancé decided to fly out after work committed they accepted with no extra charge room was great but no cold water on last day. i let them off because it was 34 + outside. not close to beach but a good hotel. roof top pool and bar no complaints quite the opposite

Lovely new modern well designed boutique hotel. An amazing pool and views over Patong. I had sent an email requesting a quiet room, and I was allocated the room which was the noisest. 201. Then moved to 701 on the 7th floor, under the swimming pool, where you can hear the pool motors for the Jacuzzi. Not sure either would bother most good sleepers.. The third night I was in room 411, an amazing suite, no views but quiet. I would definitely go back for few nights, only because I hire a bike...way to far for walking to the beach and mall otherwise. I hired a bike across the road for 200thb a day. Great staff, even the maintenance guy saw me struggle with my bag on the motorbike and loaned me some rope to tie it up, he said to be safe.. Lovely touch. Definitely recommend Rak.
