This is a budget room on a quiet street near the beach. The balcony was especially nice and spacious. I recommend a ceiling fan or fan of some sort but that’s about it. It was nice on a hot day to walk out of the room to their air-conditioned restaurant to an air conditioned cab to the airport. Recommend!

A equipe é inegavelmente gentil. Nós adoramos o pessoal, são doces e gentis. Mas não posso mentir em relação a instalação, é um lugar simples e haviam pequenas baratas no banheiro. Não fazem a limpeza diária do quarto nem trocam as toalhas de banho se você não oferecer uma gorjeta. O restaurante do hotel tem um cardápio ótimo. A localização é maravilhosa, é só atravessar a rua que você estará na praia, perto das ruas movimentadas de Patong cheias de restaurantes e atrativos. Recomendo se não se incomodarem com a simplicidade do estabelecimento.

Fantastisk og fleksibelt personale, ikke det nyeste sted, men generelt et rigtigt godt sted, hvis man bare søger et sted at sove. Kan varmt anbefale dem. Restauranten har et godt udvalg og sen morgenmad er intet problem. Meget godt personale, meget nede på jorden og står altid til tjeneste.

Pas cher, bien situé et c'est tout!!!

Juste le stricte minimum. Hotel pas cher, lit double très confortable, TV, frigo, clim, douche sauf que... La climatisation fuyait donc de l'eau tombait sur le lit, parfois petite invasion de fourmis sorties d'on ne sait où, et TV qui a beaucoup de chaines mais donc la réception n'est pas top (même si on était pas venu pour la TV)... Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos demandes et hotel très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied côté des endroits qui bougent et de la plage et des commerces. Attention pas de piscine juste une salle de restaurant Au RDC. (Cuisine pas top)

Great location and staff were friendly and helpful. no lift so if u have heavy bags you could end up walking up 3 flights of stairs. Water supply was not great it stopped completely on the third day. AC was not working properly. perfect if you are on a budget as everything is walking distance

One of the helpers Ram went out of his way to make the stay comfortable for us. Rest of the staff was just bodies. Location is phenomenal steps from the beach and a few mins walk to Bangla street. No elevators so if you don’t want to climb to the top third floor ask for the first floor room. Be careful not to spill anything on the bed. We spilled coffee and yes owner charged us 350 bath just for washing. That’s probably more than the cost of a new bedsheet! Overall a bit expensive for the amenities offered. But for the helper Ram and the location rest was ordinary.

Staff is really welcoming and friendly. The room is comfortable enough to rest from a hectic activities. The hotel is 2-3 minutes walk from Patong beach which is good! The room is actually above a restaurant in which okay if you are too tired to go out and find foods.

DISGUSTING. DO NOT STAY HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY

Absolutely horrible, DO NOT STAY HERE. Bugs, tv doesn’t work, couldn’t find our reservation, wanted to keep our passport at front desk, lamps didn’t work, no shower curtain, hair all over bathroom. So disgusting. Wish I never had to lay my head here.

Good hotel near to beach

Hotel staffs are polite and friendly.Its a 24 hrs check in hotel.we have no problem checking in.our room is the quadruple and the children love the size of it as they have individual bed to sleep on. Food are halal but counter bar serve alcohol. Room is always cleaned whenever we return from sightseeing. But there is no lift. Would recommend for family stay.

Royal Beach Residence

Best location! Walking distance to Phatong Beach & Bangla Street. Very easy & near to find food, beauty parlor, shopping places etc! It’s just our hotel doesn’t have a lift. We stayed in level 3 but luckily we have Ray (the Manager) to take care all of everything. He help to carry pur luggage during check-in/check-out. He’s the best. Truly recommended! Please look for Ray if you are staying at the Royal Beach Residence! PS: if you ate looking for a good and affordable tailor to custom your suit (men/woman) please Look for Sam (Royal King) 1min walking or Shaz from (Prince Fashion) 2 mins walking from the hotel.
