"I had a special evening planned downtown for my husbands birthday celebration so I booked this hotel which was a short walk to Roger’s Arena. We booked a king suite and it was so beautiful, clean and spacious - high ceilings! The rain shower was amazing and coffee machine in the room made a delicious coffee! We also appreciated the refillable glass water bottles which we could conveniently refill at the filtered water station - one on each floor! Also, they had a 24 hour gym! Despite being so close to 2 sports stadiums, our room was super quiet. The restaurant looked great - Italian food with live jazz music - we will be back to stay again in June and look forward to trying the restaurant!"

"Hallway carpet is old and folding. They tray to safe water on toilet, so they you would have to wait like 5 minutes before you can fill up again so you get flush it again. Careless cleaning staff does not make sure all the used towel are taken by checking the washroom cupboard. "
