"Very clean room. Comfortable bed. We booked a room with kitchen,bet the room was very dark under a staircase. So the manager moved us to another room. No kitchen,but plenty of light. Fireplace was a nice plus. Plenty of parking. Dog friendly. Walkable to beach and restaurants."

"The room was very large and clean, with close parking spots. The only negative thing to mention was a very difficult to understand T.V. Selection method. Of course, we were not there to watch television, but it was time consuming and irritating. A lovely spot with easy to walk to restaurants, stores and beach."

"My wife, son and myself used the property for three nights as home base for my daughter's wedding in Cayucos at Swallow Creek Ranch. The location was perfectly positioned at the top of a gentle hill to capture the cool ocean breezes. the home was clean very well decorated and equipped. Everything was modern and user friendly. Having the two car garage was great as our vehicles were full of items for the wedding venue and we were able to secure everything in the garage until needed. The hosts were wonderful to work with. It was a memorable weekend due to the wedding and staying in such a lovely and comfortable location helped contribute to the overall gratification. Highly recommended property if visiting California's central coast communities."
