Cayucos Sunset Inn B&B

"I've been visiting Cayucos for many years and have stayed in most of the hotel/rental properties available. This is a lovely property on Ocean Blvd, which is the main street through Cayucos. The rental in which I stayed consists of two rooms with a bathroom in between. The back area is a sitting room which faces the parking lot in the rear. The front room is a spacious bedroom with a balcony overlooking the main street. The ocean is visible from the balcony, but the property is about 3 blocks from the beach, itself. It is very quiet on Ocean Blvd, especially at night. You can hear the ocean waves at night. This is lovely property, very well maintained, with helpful staff. Be aware that there's no lift, so request the ground floor rooms if it's too difficult to climb stairs. A delicious breakfast is served daily with several choices. Food is well prepared and served with good coffee. My room came with a large, jetted tub (didn't use but looked nice) plus a shower. There was also a fridge and coffee maker in the room. There was tap that provided filtered water. The balcony had a table and chairs. I can recommend Cayucos Sunset Inn as a relaxing and convenient place to stay. The price is a bit higher than some other properties but worth it for a lovely and quiet place to stay near the beach and pier."
Cayucos Beach Retreat - Panoramic Ocean Views, Steps to Pier & Downtown

"As described, this property is in the heart of Cayucos and walking distance to literally everything. I thought the roof was going to be a distraction from the ocean view, but it wasn't. The balcony is nicely sized and has a beautiful view. Beach access is right next to the property. The condo is on the 2nd level and then the main living area and kitchen are up another flight of stairs. Bedrooms on main 2nd level, I have knee problems so it was a bit of a struggle for me. My only recommendation would be to offer pedestal fans, it got a bit hot on both levels and there was no air conditioning. Overall, its a beautiful place in an amazing location."

"We all had a fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for a better house. It was a beautiful home from the bedrooms to the kitchen and living room to an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and the pier. You were just steps to the beach and restaurants. Thank you again Doug for all your help. We would definitely love to stay here again."
