"We found the home spacious, clean, and well equipped. Bedrooms/beds worked well for our group of ten. The deck and the lake front (table and fireside seating) were great places to gather with beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others."

"Our stay was wonderful! The house was perfect for my family. It was very clean and well stocked, including many extra touches. The location was ideal - only 3-5 minute drive from downtown Alpena’s attractions and 3 minutes from the beach. The host was responsive and wonderful to work with. The check in and out process was seamless. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Alpena! "
"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very peaceful and quiet. Very unique and pleasant surroundings, being right on the creek. We enjoyed hearing the creek at night as we slept, and drinking morning coffee over looking the trout pond. The place is very clean and easy to stay at. The owner is friendly and helpful. Feeding the fish is pretty fun! There are many beautiful places near here to visit and enjoy. We will definitely come back if we are in the area. "
"Wonderful week at a remote waterfront Lake Huron house. Bring everything you will need, as you are 30 minutes north of Oscoda and about 30 minutes south of Alpena. There is a dollar general nearby and a wonderful restaurant 10 min north but true shopping is limited. The house is spacious and located just off a rocky shore beach point with great access for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. Recommend bringing drinking water as well. We stayed with 16 guests, 10 children, and had ample space. The separate barn/gameroom was a great addition with all the kids. Would happily return. "
