"The house was clean and light. The backyard was big with lots of seating and a fire pit. (There was even room to play lawn games.) Inside, the couches and mattresses were comfy. The bath had a nice, deep tub. The kitchen was new and well-appointed. We were really pleased with the quiet surroundings and the short drive in to see the sights. It was a great family experience. Matt was a very responsive and accommodating host. Hope we can stay there again soon!"

"A group of us went to the Providence Bruins game. The apartment was close to federal hill and downtown Providence. There is off street parking and we easily Ubered everywhere. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 couples. There wasn’t any outside noise and we could gather in different parts of the house without waking others. The house has many thoughtful touches. The stairs are steep and narrow for the upstairs space. So you get your steps in. Host was responsive to texts. Enjoyed our...

"The hosts are very friendly. Unfortunately they didn’t receive our reservation (technology isn’t perfect) but they immediately accommodated us. We only have a one night reservation but we would definitely come back again."

"We stayed with a party of 9. 5 adults and 4 children. Four queen beds and an air mattress accommodated all of us. Property was clean and as described. Location is close driving distance to several beaches as well as Newport. Walk from the house to beach is a bit lengthy and straight down hill which makes for a more difficult up hill walk back. Nice area and nice home. I would recommend."
