"Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. "The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site."
