"Das Schiff war OK aber leider nicht so sauber und schön wie auf den Fotos. Eine general Reinigung würde unserer Meinung nach fällig sein! Fenster innen und aussen, altes Essen in Küchenschränken und Schubladen. Die diversen Pflanzen im Schiff sollten nicht sein, Mücken, Fliegen und Schimmel in den Töpfen. Die Gegend ist schön und es gibt viel gute Restaurants und Sehenswüdigkeiten in diversen Dörfern ringsum. Der Pool war schmutzig und steht nicht auf dem Land sondern auf dem Schiffsbug?"

"The hairdryer did not work properly"

"The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only downside was that as we had a little person in tow, we'd have to pay to use the pool in the spa downstairs. Which was a shame as we booked the hotel specifically as it said there was a pool. The breakfast was really nice, every member of staff we met were all so lovely and it was only a quick drive into Colmar."

"Thought this was a very lovely hotel. I appreciated the level of detail in the atmosphere and decor in the common areas. We stayed in a family room and it was very well maintained and appreciated. The touches such as a welcome note. Room was spacious and up to par. A drawback was parking needed to be reserved which was not immediately apparent in the reservation. Apparently welcome email is sent prior to arrival but if you are traveling prior to arrival, unlikely you will notice like happened for us. Turned out not to be too much of a big deal as there was a nearby public parking structure, which was actually cheaper. Another drawback was there is no Sunday dinner service other than bar food. Overall very much enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location within walking distance of major landmarks very happy and would stay again."
