"The house is lovely, has a homey feel and is well appointed — but is a work in progress. The outdoor and basement areas were unkempt with tools, tractor, building debris, etc. Many of the owners personal items were in drawers, dirty shoes and coats in the laundry room, etc. As well, there was a lot of visible dust on pictures, around the fireplace, and on the Christmas decorations still up in October.
