"More of a 'motel' as the accommodation was a block in the pub car aprk, but it was bright and airy with plenty of room and a good bathroom. Very noisy until pub-kicking out time but it's nice to hear folks having fun....against your room door. ;-)"

"The hotel is in South Derby convenient for the A52 and about 3 miles to the city centre. Free Parking is on site and is locked overnight. There is a Lidel and Tesco within 200m of the hotel. Checkin was prompt and we were allocated a room at the back as requested which was quiet. The room was quite tight with little storage space no desk, limited surfaces to put anything ,with a double bed that was comfortable enough. The bathroom was bit more spacious but in need of updating. A good sized continental breakfast in the morning with hot croissants, toast and fresh coffee; cooked breakfast was available but as an extra charge. In our opinion this is good 2 Star hotel. "
