"Such a great stay! The hotel is small but has everything you need. The staff were super friendly… they even held my bags when I arrived early, which I really appreciated. "Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here. The property is drab, worn out and not very appealing. The photos give it a clean and modern look but it feels far from that. The furniture cheap and shabby (no glass in the doors on the wardrobe, radiator covers smashed etc), mattresses very poor and bedding cheap. Overall just not a pleasant place to be. So much so we considered just leaving after the first night and going home. The property has been cleaned and the bedding was fresh. As we arrived the Wi-Fi was not working and to be fair to the management company they addressed this very quickly. I had had to chase them for the check in details but I had it that down to it being boxing day. At the price I paid for this property for the 2 nights, I felt a little robbed! "

"Check in was efficient Staff were friendly Rooms were clean and functional. Evening restaurant was a disaster 45 min to get and appetizer and customers were not happy. Food left on service counter and not bought out to tables. Breakfast was much more efficient. May have been a bad evening but no real apologies offered. Average budget stay hotel. "
