When I refused, she offered me an alcoholic drink or a dessert, neither of which I wanted. She finally relented and charged me for the meal that I had ordered. She was not courteous despite the fact that it was her error. I was disappointed that the complimentary breakfast which consisted of cold scraps of eggs in the corner of the serving tray and hard overcooked tater tots. The sausage was the only tasty part of the meal. I would not recommend your hotel. "

Room 1: My puppy jumped on the bed with something in his mouth… it was a blood-covered Kleenex. Absolutely disgusting. Room 2: There was a white, creamy-looking substance on the floor between the bed and the window wall. Room 3: My puppy’s next “find”? A half-used bottle of lubricant. This isn’t just poor housekeeping — it’s a basic failure of cleanliness and hygiene. It genuinely makes you question whether these rooms are cleaned at all."
