We found everything at the hotel superb. From the excellent food to the villa’s private pool. The villa was pure luxury. Service was flawless and always with a smile and personal touch. The spa was the best my wife has ever visited. We were made to feel part of “the family”: in the best of ways. Thoroughly recommended. (We were there for seven nights: seven nights too short!)

Best hotel in Bali.

It is by far the best hotel in bali. The property is brand new with top quality furnishings and linens. Service is excellant and as good as any other Jumeirah hotel. You feel like you're in a botanical garden the while time.. landscaping is just above and beyond anywhere else around. Direct access to one of the best beaches also!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The best and most luxurious hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. The villas are incredible with their own private pool and butler. Our butler Krisna went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. He knew we were celebrating our anniversary and printed out pictures and brought us a cake one night. We loved the private beach access and my husband was able to surf in our “backyard”. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had were still dreaming about all the fresh fruit they had available. The villa itself was huge and had 2 bathrooms and a stand-alone tub in the middle of the room, which was my favorite. Normally we get a little homesick towards the end of our vacation, but Jumeirah is somewhere we could stay forever. We will definitely be back.
