"My stay was a fairy-tale moment. Our rooms were at the very top of this castle BnB. Beautiful building lovely grounds with a garden and walking trail. Clean ,comfortable and inviting. The manager showed us around upon arrival. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room was beautiful. Loved our too short stay."

"Rather a waste of time booking in online as requested by email prior to stay as all info had to be completed on physical book in anyway. Very small room - should really be just a single bed. Very nice decor. Armchair should be swapped out for an upright dining chair to create a little more space. This would also be higher and perhaps allow use of the wall mirror whlist seated (the wall mirror is too high to be of any use whilst sitting at the table). "Beautiful hotel. Very clean. We arrived by train and were so happy that the hotel was just a five minute walk from the station. The royal mile with all the shops and restaurants was literally a 3 minute walk. Arthur’s Seat trail was only 15 minute walk. Shopping district a 10 minute walk. This hotel will always be my choice on future visits to Edinburgh. "
