"Lovely affordable stay. Room and hotels clean and tidy. Beds really comfortable. Beach 2 min walk. Supermarket on the corner. Rooftop/ jacuzzi great to chill out after a day at the beach. "The condition of the rooms is very tired and in need of an update, although clean and bathroom was of high standard. Daily cleaning of room could have included a mop or good sweep to take away sand. The walls are thin, kept awake by next room who were up all night having an early morning flight, with a lot of noise caused by beds which scrape along floor. "Absolutely amazing could not fault the hotel. Pools were all lovely and clean and not too busy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and quick to check that you're okay and have everything you need. The main shops and beach are just a five minute walk away so super convenient. We went all inclusive and i couldnt fault the food there was a massive buffet selection so something for everyone and if you're a little fussy theres plenty of 'usual' british food too like chips and bits for the kids...

"For a supposed 5 star hotel there was no facility to sit and relax and get a drink or a snack as there was nothing open or available. The bar area was limited to about 3 or 4 indoor tables. On one occasion when the lower bar area was open our request for English tea was met with the response that it would be too difficult to boil a kettle and that we could get that in England! "
