"The washer and dryer were broken and we were not told they were so we went and got quarters and detergent at the store for nothing. The lady working the front counter was appreciative that we told her it was broken, but better communication around whether it works or not is needed to avoid confusion and wasted time."

"When I first arrived at 8pm, there was no one at the desk. There was a sign that, in large print said "I'll be right back. I'm assisting another guest." After I waited for about 10 minutes someone who had already checked in returned to the lobby and knew that I actually had to call on the lobby phone for an employee (who was just through the door in the back behind the desk) to come out and help. When I went to check out around 8:30 am, a wooden shutter was rolled down at the front desk and...
