"Pros: - Very Clean - Spacious Flat - Very Smart Kitchen - Comfortable Bedding - Very Modern Bathroom - Close to the town and Sea - provided us Fresh Bread, Bacon and Better Cons: - This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one - It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around - If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door. "The property was very well maintained clean and comfortable. Parking was just up the road where there was plenty of room at the side of the road. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The POD was great for a couple of nights but wouldn't have been suitable for a longer stay due to its size. The POD is in the owners garden. It was a 20 minute walk from St. Ives Harbour but there was a bus stop a short walk away."

"Location is amazing right at the seafront, and you just can't beat that. Reception staff was helpful (allowed me to check in 1h earlier). "This was our first experience staying in a self catering accommodation and it won’t be the last. We had everything needed to live comfortably. The view was amazing too. Jan came in to welcome us so gracefully on our first night and made us feel really welcome. The house was beautifully decorated and cozy, made us feel like we were home. Definitely recommend Sennen Cove Cottage Grassmead. "

"We had a wonderful few nights in a yurt at the end of July. As a family of 2 adults and 3 children we found the space to be more than comfortable and spacious. The yurt itself was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen outside well equipped for all cooking needs. Hosts Kate and Terry were always friendly, approachable and on hand to help. "I was looking for a one of a kind experience in Cornwall and The Kings Arms met my expectations. It's a quaint little pub with about 6 hotel rooms. We ate dinner and breakfast there and both were very good. We would recommend this site if you're looking for something other than a big hotel chain with a lot of charm. "
