"We stayed for a few days whilst visiting family in Manchester and Sheffield.The location was perfect for this! Extremely quiet but very accessible.We appreciated the space of a house, for two people (and a dog!) and also the fact that we were able to book for the exact dates of our stay.Warm (temperatures outside were around zero) and comfortable (very comfortable bed!)Very well-equipped kitchen … just missing the means to make fresh coffee!Definite recommendation from us!"

"Lovely little 3 night break with my partner for her birthday. Had some lovely birthday touches thrown in which were very much appreciated. Lovely grounds, excellent property and lovely hot tub. Very comfortable and clean. Oh and… we aren’t very good at Tennis but, we gave it a go and you will find all of the tennis balls in the owners back garden (sorry!). Would definitely recommend! "Gorgeous spacious and luxurious accommodation- incredibly well apppointed and felt like a proper rural retreat. Perfect kitchen for cups of tea and chat and relaxzed living room. Great area with good pubs within walking distance. Communication and help from the host whilst staying was incredibly prompt and friendly. An outstabnding stay!"

"The property is very nice, clean and tidy that makes 100% the same as the pictures. It has all needed utensils and crockery so making dinner after a day. There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately. The location and check-in is so simple and hassle-free. There are few house types that we found out and so good to visit again with extended family. Wifi is stable and...
