"Hotel is excellent , services is great, 4 days after we check out I found out my cell phone is loss, and I called the hotel, and Cindy has been great help to looks for my phone, I really appreciate all the help she did for me. plus all other service is wonderful too. definetly will go back next year when I going to NYC again, we go every year visiting family."
