"Parking on the booking sites says free parking, however it is not free and you do need to pay to park. Rooms clean I did not have the breakfast. Staff friendly."

Then he made a partial offer of refund of 83.00, we had paid 120.20 on platform: He then refused to honour refund when Hotels.com contacted him: He also refused to use the Booking platform message system, which is there as record. Avoid booking anything through this company:"

"Very large room with good storage. Clean throughout. Yea and coffee available in the room. Large comfortable bed. Security fob to access room area. No noise from the bar customers heard when in the bedroom. We did eat in the bar and the food arrived piping hot with plenty of choices available. Attentive staff in the bar area."

"Standard Premier Inn quality - nothing fancy but comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and full English or continental breakfast available at a reasonable price. Great for a one or two-night stay"
