"Several pools, not crowded, I did not like that I did not received the room upgrade that it was promised and the daily dining corresponding to the VIP access, the front desk was not friendly and neither the person that schedule the dining we were supposed to get specialty restaurant every night and we only got one night, other than that the hotel and facilities were the best.
