"Lovely property and a super view out of the window. Nice place to park. Friendly visitors to the pub which the Hotel is part of. However you have to pass a mass of Smokers on the way in... Come on people the Pub has given you a lovely shelter in the rear garden and a container of the butts. Not littering the pavement outside please."
