"I recently stayed at THE ROW NYC while I was in town covering Fanatics Fan Fest, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in New York City.
A friend recommended this newly renovated boutique hotel, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The property is stylish, chic, and has a fun energy without feeling overwhelming.
What truly made the stay memorable, though, was the staff. Fernanda made check-in seamless and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Rush from security went above and beyond by helping me find the best place in the city to pick up a microphone I needed for work. And Nelson from valet was an absolute gentleman, always making sure I got into my Uber safely and during one of New York's monsoon-like downpours, he even pulled out an umbrella to keep me dry. It's those little touches that make all the difference.
The team genuinely made me feel like family rather than just another guest.
The hotel had an eclectic mix of families, business travelers, and professionals, which gave it a lively but comfortable atmosphere. While I didn't get a chance to visit the bar, it looked like a great spot to unwind after a long day.
The location is another huge plus. Situated on the edge of Hell's Kitchen, you're within walking distance of Broadway, Times Square, Madison Square Garden, and even Chelsea. And for my fellow beauty lovers, there's a fantastic Drybar nearby if you're looking to treat yourself before a night out or an event."
