"Front desk staff were horrible at check in, The asked them where the ice machine was, they told me on the first floor, went there could not find it, they insisted it was there. Asked a different staff member the next morning and was told the ice machine was broken and removed a few days before"

Very old and completely flat with absolutely no stuffing inside at all! This impacted your sleep a great deal! Very disappointed"
