Rules

Photo ID required after booking. No unregistered guests. The garage is locked and not available. The fireplace does not work and is not for guest use.
No smoking. There will be a $1200 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking due to loss of rents from follow-on clients.
Pool: Guests under the age of 18 years old need to have an adult present with them. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Pool rules are posted.
