Cottage Is clean, cozy and comfortable, nestled within our Horse Farm. This is a 3-acre property total. The Cottage is nestled between the 2 pastures and has its own private driveway. It’s adjacent up to Florida Scenic Trailways and Yellow River Reserve.

On-Site Farm Managers live on the Front Pasture and feed and water the horses next to the Cottage daily. With 24-hour notice, they are happy to provide a Complimentary Interaction with the Horses including Treats.

About 35 minutes to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, Downtown Pensacola or Downtown Milton. Less than 7 miles to I-10, Exit 31.

There are a variety of restaurants nearby as well as activities such as canoeing, kayaking, ziplining and shopping. Our Property adjoins the Florida Scenic Trail with direct access to the Orange, White, and Blue Trails and Several Creeks within a 15–20-minute hike.

Farm Managers feed and water horses daily. Horse stalls are adjacent to the cottage, so guests can choose to watch or participate in a complimentary Equine Experience. The Horses love (supervised) attention and (approved) treats. Just message the host to schedule your free Equine Experience.

We Will charge extra cleaning and damage fees for Unauthorized Pets, Smoking, Unauthorized Guests, Parties, Events or If all House Rules (Including Quiet Hours) and ALL Check-out instructions are not followed.

Guests begin their adventure at Eagles Landing by entering the Blue Gate with the Metal Horse & Rider. Gate Codes, Key codes and Wi-Fi password provided for self-check-in and guestbook includes property and local information.

All beds are upstairs.

Follow the driveway through the second gate to the Farm Cottage. Cottage is Reserved Exclusively for Guests; however, Farm Manager or Host may access the yard around the Cottage, farm shed behind the Cottage or laundry room for Farm chores and other farm activities.


Our horses are NOT for Riding. Paid Rides can be booked through our Trainer or local stables. Ask for Contact Info.

We appreciate Rural Living. Please keep in mind that our Farm is a little off the beaten path while being convenient to Downtown, Milton, Blackwater River, Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, local Airports, Fine Dining, Shopping, Concerts, Outdoor Adventures, and much more. Our property is approximately 30 minutes to Navarre Beach or Pensacola Beach. It’s also convenient to Downtown Milton Riverwalk, Historic Bagdad Mill-Site, and Pace, FL, where you will find Antique Malls, Good Food, and other great Stores. Property is less than 8 miles from I-10, Coldwater Trails, Blackwater River, Heritage Bike Trail, June Ates Arena and other activities. Float down the river with friends at Blackwater Joe's or try out the zip line at Adventures Unlimited. Santa Rosa County has one of the highest horse populations per capita in the state. It is also the Canoe Capital of Florida.
Small town traffic is usually not a problem in Santa Rosa County. Private vehicles are the preferred method of travel; however, there are taxi services available if needed. This property is a little off the beaten path and offers access to hiking, bike, and horse trails, as well as opportunities for kayaking and outdoor adventures nearby.

All beds are upstairs, accessed by spiral staircases.

Some amenities are shared on the front pasture, such as fire-pit, camping chairs, grill, and outdoor tables. Clean up after yourself and put things back where you found them.

Eagles Landing is a working horse farm. Equine activities are inherently dangerous; therefore, guests are not permitted in horse pastures or paddocks at any time.

We ask that you NOT feed horses unless accompanied by a host or trainer. Horses are livestock, not pets. We strive to create a safe interaction between our horses and guests.

We live close by and are willing to accommodate a special equine encounter experience for our guests. We love sharing our knowledge and passion for horses. However, we want your experience to be positive and safe. You are responsible for safety and cleanliness of yourselves and anyone you allow on the property.

We care about the properties we manage and provide Clean, Comfortable and Affordable Vacation Stays for respectful Guests. We will charge damage and cleaning fees if Guests fail to adhere to house rules.
