"Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. The view from the patio was endless countryside and at night it was rural enough that there was no light pollution and could see the stars. Room was well stocked with all types of teas and coffees. "Relaxed dining in the bar, plus option to eat in the more formal dining room. Good outside table area. Great relaxing lounge with comfortable chairs and attentive staff. This an older character building with some very interesting features, but is reasonably well maintained. Have now stayed here four times and will definitely be returning."

"It was as I imagined. Cozy, charming, and comfortable. Even without AC in the room we were provided with fans to help with the heat and it was cool at night to sleep. The restaurant had great food for both diner and breakfast. I would recommend if you are looking for an overnight stay."
