"The property had a lively feel, yet I also felt like I could find a quiet spot to relax whenever I wanted one, whether on the beach, near the pool, or in the other public areas. Beriana at the front desk was amazing! She helped me arrange a car service to the boat terminal for a speedboat to Batam Island for the following day. She recognized and greeted me warmly when I went to check out and meet the driver, and that meant a lot to me. The external car service (driver Khalid) was wonderful. Special thanks to Benny at the pool as well! I live thousands of miles away but really hope to return to Bintan someday. The staff and others I met were a huge part of that!"

We stayed at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore before coming here and I would say that The Sanchay far surpassed Raffles, which is knowns as one of the top hotels in the world. I can't recommend this hotel enough."
