Thank you to the full team for giving us extra benefits such as VIP Terrace, Francesco organising our personal driver and advising us the best places to visit. The only few recommendations: More choice at breakfast, for the 5 days we were there it was pretty standard and unchanged. The spa area was very quiet and often guests don’t know about it, so just allowing all guests who have paid a lot to have a free hour booked in? Overall, brilliant experience in Milan and Lake Como! "Nice hotel with modern decor only 3-4 minute walk from Milano Centrale train/subway station. Perfect if you are taking a train into or out of Milan. Friendly and helpful check-in clerk helped us get our bearings upon arrival and suggested where to go and how to get there. Room was small by USA standards but average sized in Europe. Room and bathroom were very clean with modern decor. Comfortable bed and pillows, good AC (important because Milan reached mid 90s F when we were there). Excellent breakfast with large variety, high quality, good coffee, and attentive service."

"This was our second stay at this hotel. The front desk staff and is super friendly and helpful. In our return trip to Italy we will definitely stay here again for our flights in amd out of Milan. If you are staying in Milan, I recommend it as well. The parking is abundant and convenient, and it is alao just a short drive to the center of Milan. Also for a hotel that is literally right next to the airport, it's surprisingly quiet. "
