She made sure that we were comfortable and were not lacking anything from the moment we checked in until our departure 3 and a half days later. This is a beautiful hotel with great views! Rooms are nice with great a/c and internet. Not far from pereira readily available taxi service to and from hotel! Staff is wonderful, restaurant good! Breakfast with much variety and special orders accepted! Could spend days just relaxing at this beautiful location

The hotel is excellent. Just be mindfull that it is in a low traffic bussy street and in front if a casino and billar pool house.

A very nice and architecturally well-designed hotel. Very cozy from the moment you walk into their BIG grand door and you are always greeted with a smiling face. And they cook breakfast for you on the spot! Everything is fresh there. The rooms are very clean, well maintained, HOT showers....really exceeded my expectations.

Hotel Salento Real was great! The location is perfect, only a 1-5 minute walk to most restaurants, shops, and bars. At first I was a little apprehensive that it seemed to be on a dark, quiet street, but after getting to know Salento I quickly realized what a safe town it is and never felt uneasy making my way to the hotel. The woman at the front desk during check-in spoke great English and was extremely helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious every morning, and I loved having several...

This was a nice place to stay at in the Coffee Region. Service and restaurant were both great and the staff was very helpful in helping us arrange tours and taxis. Rooms were nice and simple with cable and wifi. Would recommend this as a great base for exploring Colombia's beautiful coffee triangle.

Nice quiet property, lots of flowers and birds, walking distance to town

El hotel es muy comodo. El servicio excelente. Nos gusto mucho el jacuzzi y el gimnacio con vista a la naturaleza. Nos recibieron con jugo recien hecho y el desayuno estuvo muy bien. No hay un restaurante cerca para ir a comer pero pedimos domicilio asi que es mejor si se tiene carro. El hotel tiene buena facilidad para reuniones familiares. No usamos la piscina pero esraba muy limpia y bonita

I've stayed here before and I'll stay again. The hotel is excellent. Rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Staff are fantastic!! They are extremely polite, helpful, friendly and professional. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and this is without a doubt one of the best!

Se encuentra en una vereda. Tienes que tener un buen transporte que te lleve. Y ubicar bien el hotel. El GPS nos mandó por una trocha. Casi no salimos de ahí. Al final llegamos. Valió la pena es muy lindo.

Great place quiet but an easy walk to the bus. Owner's daughter speaks english. Breakfast included with fantastic view over the valley. Will come back.
